Hunting Parcels

YourHunt is located in prime South Dakota pheasant country between the towns of Parkston, Armour, and Corsica . The 1,400 acres is composed of seven separate parcels for your hunt. You decide which parcel(s) you hunt day by day utilizing the detailed maps provided when you book with YourHunt. Six parcels are all within 9 miles of Farm House lodging. The seventh is 3.5 miles north of Parker.

Parcels:

Deerfield is 320 habitat laden acres. With 92 acres of CRP including 15 acres in trees, four grassed waterways, and Choteau Creek meandering thru the CRP, this is THE HAVEN for wild pheasants. Depending upon your group size, this may provide several days of hunting.
Lakeview is 160 acres overlooking scenic Corsica Lake and rolling terrain. This property contains waterways, 42 acres of CRP, food plots, and two ponds.
Home Place is 160 acres of which 40 acres are CRP. Also on Home Place are waterways, food plots, a pond, and a shelter belt. Farm House is located on this parcel inside the shelter belt.
Pheasant Run is 160 acres with a pond and 40 acres of CRP. This parcel is named for its high pheasant population.
Tractorhouse - Just 3 miles south of the Farmhouse lodging this 160 acres parcel has 53 acres of native grasses and a shelterbelt treeline.
Heritage Valley - This 160 acre parcel is 6 miles west of the Farmhouse and only 3 miles north of Deerfield and 2.5 miles south of Lakeview. It has 25 acres of native grasses.
RiverWalk - A variety of grasses (100 acres), trees (4 acres), and the Vermillion River provide pheasant habitat on this 300 acre parcel located 50 miles east of the Farmhouse.
